The district manager Eliza is amazing and Personally reached out to me when I had an issue with a security guard and not only resolve the issue, but went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer!! I am so impressed by her customer service and how kind she is that I will definitely continue to be a regular!! Raquel also is so sweet and so accommodating anytime I go!! She Always gives me An instant confident and she is the sweetest thing! Thank you to the both of you for all that you do!!!

Brought my girlfriend here to get her hair done and the stylist Isaiah was extremely kind and very professional. Not to mention the work he did was phenomenal. 10/10 experience must try!

ive been living in the southbury area my whole life, and was really excited that they finally were building an Ulta in the plaza. Unfortunately, when I go inside the security always BEELINES to me & my boyfriend and literally follows/ hovers around us. Like 1. can i just buy my makeup in peace and 2. ive never stolen anything?? anywhere?? This has happened twice now; one time i went in to test the perfumes and i get the security following me because the perfumes ARE expensive BUT the last time i came in looking for eyelash glue i was followed by the security. like girl- i just want my eyelash glue! Again, i dont know why i am targeted and i hope they stop because i certainly dont feel comfortable going back into that store (even though its convenient to me) because im always treated like im a criminal. Not to mention I worked at target and i know how the security system works. anyways, just wanted to say that. (also the security guard was really nice after she helped me find what i needed but like Ulta please dont profile me)
