Great location, apartments and management. Doni who is the building manager is very knowledgeable and approachable with any issues, and is super nice. The concierge/front desk folks are always friendly and helpful. The amenities are first class from the coffee machine, to outdoor firepitt and bbq area, to high-quality appliances in the apartments. The views of the Sound are some of the best in the area.

The best-maintained rental building in Stamford, in a gorgeous location. Donika, the current manager, is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and competent: she is in frequent communication with tenants and responds to concerns quickly. The maintenance staff, Rafael and Anderson, are also courteous, competent and helpful. We will likely stay longer because the building is not only beautiful, but beautifully cared for.
