Someone broke into the Allure garage AGAIN, this time they broke into our car! Why dont they hire a Parking Attendant? Have them scan QR codes every hour - simple fix all other buildings use!

Its my second time going in to the welcome center. This time I needed to clarify some information. I met Dario Torregiane he was so helpful and clear, professional and he even took a little sticky pad and drew it out for me. I had a lot of questions , he explained until I understood very patiently. Also he took us to see the apartment. He convinced us to see a unit I didnt like before, he explained the lay out and now Im in love with that one I didnt like. Amazing job and cant wait to get in so soon. The gym the amenities very worth it. When you go to the welcome center ask for Dario, easy to communicate with and very patient I appreciated the service very much. This is the beautiful view from the unit I love

Just moved in, and its been a smooth ride thus far. Our leasing agent, Luke Rossi, took very good care of us every step of the way and the staff at Allure has been attentive and helpful at every turn. If our stay at Allure is as nice as our experience thus far, I think we will very much enjoy living here.

We went apartment hunting with our daughter, who is moving from NYC to Stamford, CT and viewed multiple apartments. She ended up going with Allure Harbor Point for the location, the value of the amenities, and the zen vibe of the community. What made the experience even better was our leasing consultant, Jovan Sanchez from BLTLiveWorkPlay. He went the extra mile to find a place our daughter could call home. Jovan treated us like he would his own family, and not like a high pressure sales person. We highly recommend working with Jovan for a professional personal service and attention to details. The Allure building is maintained very well. Very clean, both in and out of the apartments. The units themselves are very well appointed. Top of the line appliances. Walls are insulated, so it is very unlikely one would hear anything from a neighboring unit. Amenities are exceptional. Staff is extremely friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Repairs and maintenance are addressed asap by a very skilled team. Special shout out to Sebastian Lopez, the Senior General Manager of BLT's Harbor Point residential leasing and operations. An outstanding manager who is genuinely interested in the tenants, and making sure that everyone has a good experience as a resident here. He is very accessible and available to ensure the perfect quality of life living in Harbor Point. I would move here all over again!!
