We loved the area. However when applying they DO NOT RESPOND BACK TO YOU. They accept your application fee and WILL NOT UPDATE YOU ON ANYTHING ELSE. We called, visited, email and texted. Very unprofessional.

The new property owners as of 2022, Empire Realty and Najwa the property manager, are unprofessional, unresponsive, and greedy. I moved out 7/31/23 and my security deposit still has not been returned. My rent was raised $660 in one year without any upgrades to the apartment. The complex is loud and dirty, the dumpsters are always overloaded. The apartments are not updated as the website states as well. This is the same apartment complex that was on channel 12 last year for unlawfully and egregiously raising their rent prices, causing tenants of over 20 years to move out. Save your money and look elsewhere, theyre not worth the headache. You can get a much better apartment for that price in Stamford/Fairfield County.

Here is my honest review about this place as a tenant in the past years. The apartment management is very responsive thru the app or phone they are very helpful. The maintenance staff is very respectful and polite. Maintenance is regular and they keep the place tidy and clean. There are single residents, couples without kids and couples with kids. But the place is dead quiet, during the day and also at night, you can enjoy anytime a quick walk around minding your business in peace. I don't hear noises from next door neighbors. There is always parking available close to each home. And is very accesible from 95, Merritt route 1.
