    Lived here for a year and management is completely incompetent. I assume they hire anyone off the streets without any basic skills. During my time here, I have reached out multiple times to management to get my lease renewed. I even had to go to the office to talk to a certain person in management who promised multiple times to get to it which never happened. It takes less than a single brain cell to send out a renewal lease and yet somehow, it was a job too hard for them. Eventually had to let them know we will be moving out and they had the audacity to push the blame on us for not notifying them earlier, even though we have expressed interested to renew well in advanced. Eventually, we moved to Urby and had a MUCH better experience with people who have the brain capacity to be able to respond to emails in a timely manner. I would avoid this badly managed place at all costs. Aside from my issue with management, the hallway always stinks and the whole place looks run down for what they're charging. Additionally, I have several experiences of the front desk giving away my package to another tenant. Thankfully the tenants were nice enough to return it to my doorstep. Oh and the walls are insanely thin so you're going to hear every conversation and fights from your neighbors. There's way better housing options around this area than this dump.

    For the last few years, residents at the Lofts have made numerous complaints to The Lofts leasing office (Pinnacle Living and now Cushman & Wake) (Loft Owners LLC) regarding a 1st floor tenant that video records tenants at the Lofts on a daily basis and then uploads those videos to his numerous social media platforms with derogatory titles as to ridicule, harass and make fun of fellow tenants at The Lofts. The leasing office at the Lofts has neglected to do anything about it. This has been going on since 2016. Emails have been sent, phone calls made, and even lawyers have gotten involved. Still, The Lofts leasing company REFUSES to get rid of this creep! Its not only 1 person that has complained, there is group of about 7 people who are constantly targeted by this guy, both men and women and they have all brought this to the leasing office but its always one excuse after the other. The issue here s that the leasing office and the owners of the Lofts do not want to pay the fees associated with getting this guy removed....until, someone gets hurt. The leasing office has ignored many of the tenants complaints regarding the harassment taking place on the 1st floor--even after police have been called the scene and several very risky situations have taken place. This tenant also likes to walk around the area of the Lofts and shine super bright lights in the faces of residents. The tenant in question harasses women and the elderly and The Lofts leasing will NOT do anything about it. If you want a video of you uploaded on tiktok or facebook, move to the Lofts.
