    I've been a customer for many years, Helena and Ciro are the best, but new manager is the worst, very rude, I even felt discriminated, I go here because is very convenient and close to my house but now I am even thinking about closing my account with this bank.

    My parents introduced me to this bank because they have had an account with Key since the First Niagara era. However, I must express my disappointment with their service. The bank has a high turnover rate for employees, except for Helena, who behaves as if she owns the bank. Unfortunately, she lacks proper customer service skills and consistently gives a hard time to individuals of Latino and Brown backgrounds. Strangely, if you are from another country and have a thick accent, she treats you respectfully. This discriminatory behavior has been a topic of discussion among my employees for years. I felt compelled to write this after a recent visit to the branch, where Helena and her manager, Lauren, started interrogating me about my deposit. I was taken aback by their unprofessionalism and their apparent disregard for the value that my parents and I bring as customers. As a result, I have made the decision to close my parents' account.
