The only reason Im giving it two stars is because of Kenny. Everyone else treats you like youre wasting their time and are very dismissive. I went to return my phones after switching from another carrier. They quickly and dismissively told me they cant help me because I was supposed to mail them. I tried to explain that I was never told that or given a box, again I was told they couldnt help me. Thankfully, I mentioned that Kenny had initially helped me when I switched and he was called in from the back and quickly helped me with everything. If you go to this location, ask for Kenny. If hes not there, turn around and leave.

Store opens at 10. I was the second person there at 10:01. Didnt talk with a single person until 1015 and that was simply to get onto a list. I finally talked to Daniel from 10:30 to 10:45. To be fair to Daniel he may not have been fully awake as I had to repeat things. After four visits to this store between my ex and myself, they finally tell me they dont handle transfers? Why do you have a store?

Never go there
