I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Lazarus. After he retired, I (along with my colleagues who were also long-time patients), decided to continue going to Dental365 hoping we could build a relationship with the new team. While it seemed to go well in the beginning, it has not ended well. I was informed I needed surgical work done and after Dr. Cho convinced me that he would take care of ALL of my work, he started it only, to disappear before I could go in for my post-op following my first surgery. No one had a clear answer for me as to when he would return. I was then shifted over to Dr. Miller whose time is limited because she is leaving for maternity leave. I waited two days for a return call because they obviously did not read my chart and told me I needed additional work done that Dr. Cho told me I did not need. With all the confusion, and the fact that after my first surgery (which was pretty intense) NO ONE made a follow up call to see how I was doing. Dr. Lazarus would take the time to call after a cleaning! This showed he cared. When I called to cancel my upcoming appointment and any future appointments I had, I was simply told ok... no questions asked and no followed up call to see if I was ok, and to complete my work. The lack of empathy, and the more I think about them just wanting to make sure they received their share money, turns me off. I have since found another dentistry that was highly recommended and if I have my way, I will take my colleagues with me. BTW, the last hygienist I had is also on her way out. How can you build a new relationship with a team who doesn't last more than 5 minutes?
