Excellent upgraded room and service. Valet is a little frustrating but I had an excellent stay here.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice, located near a bunch of great food spots.

Our stay started out ok, but unfortunately it was less than satisfactory. The newly renovated 9th floor has walls that are paper thin - you can hear EVERYTHING that people do. Yes, everything. On top of that, several guests had no regard for quiet hours and even had a borderline domestic dispute in the hallway. Luckily they calmed down before I made a call to the police. Then in the middle of the night I thought there were gunshots, and when I went down to the desk the desk rep told me that the valet stepped on the gas and made the car backfire- 7 times? Our checkout was for 12pm but we checked out earlier because we did not want to stick around anymore. We attempted to grab a quick breakfast but there were no staff in the restaurant to seat or serve. We just left. I would never stay here again. Let alone recommend someone stay here.
Rooms: Room have paper thin walls. You can here everyone and everything.
