Same story as the previous person, different apartment complex. From my understanding, Ron did a half-finished job on everything and never produced invoices. Fast forward 15 years later, no invoices and new owners (myself) in the complex and Ron “produces” invoices with 2018 rates on 2006 invoices. Ron had a value amount we owed him that changed three times. Basically, he does a sloppy job, provides sloppy invoicing and then takes legal action. Most likely if you don’t produce invoices at the time of bad service, no one complains and so he doesn’t get let go.
