Nick's Pizza

I ordered a pizza for pickup. They guy who took my order on the phone stated it will be ready in 25 mins. I get there early (at 15 mins.) the pizza is already done and the guy hands me a small box. I ask him thats a medium? Ive ordered from them before and the small is not that much of a difference to what he handed me. he shows me the size of the smallest box they have and condescendingly says the one I have is their medium. I paid $16-$17 and this is what I get. Also I am less than a 5 min walk from the shop to my house and my pizza is semi cold when I get here. I dont think I will be ordering from them again. (For context of how small the pizza was see pictures attached.)

I think Nicks should improve their delivery service; during busy hours, their deliveries often are late and the pizza arrives cold. I just read Rachel Shermans 1/18/24 review. Rachel, I hope you feel better and get the courtesy of an apology from this restaurant. Im adjusting (downward) my rating on Nicks until I see that you do. I now see Nicks reply to Rachel. Im leaving my rating at two stars.

*the business response to my below review is NOT TRUE as they used to have this sign posted in their restaurant. Doing this is illegal in CT* THEY CHARGE YOU A FEE no matter what just for using a credit card in general. Not just charging if you don't meet a minimum amount - they charge you for using a card no matter the total because they want CASH ONLY. I will no longer ever patronize this business.
