She is incredibly knowledgeable, very patient, reliable and communicative. The showroom is client-friendly, well-stocked and clean. I would recommend them and, in particular, Jen above all others!!

        see.. what i like about this place is their service, they welcome you like you actually matter, they always do everything they humanly can to find your material. they are personable and they know you by name. The guys at the counter are both great. There is a lot of potential here for sure! And this is why I chose Bender in Stamford specifically, over the other plumbing supplies here in the area. only two sort of negatives: closed on Saturdays (which I don't see the logic here...) & they need to improve with their stock availability. overall happy camper here in Stamford.
