        doctor is good. Office staff are very nice - HOWEVER if you need documentation of anykind for work/forms filled out forget it. We requested documents on April 24th by email - I have called 6 times to try and get this form filled out for unemployment - that my husband is capable of working - no response. I even called back and asked to speak to the doctor. Unfortunately, he just lost a patient for the future because office is not managed correctly. Very upsetting and disappointing.
