I find the staff very friendly and helpful. LOCATION - in the Trumbull center mall next to the town hall. Plenty of parking but not necessarily right in frontSERVICE - Joanna is really the best customer account liaison I've come across in years. ATM - they have an ATM service for after hours transactions if you need and it is indoors. BANK ACCOUNT - only draw back is a money market account needs to be with their stock team.

I recently had a horrible experience at this branch. I went in as a chase personal and business acount owner to have a document notarized. WHen I sat down the woman helping me made me feel as if I had some kind of suspicious document that she had to check into because it didn't seem right. I literally handed a printed document from legalzoom, very standard form. She consulted with her supervisor because she was not sure if they did which was fine but for over 15 minutes they carried on a side conversation about who was right or wrong while I sat there quiet not even being engaged with or consulted about anything. The supervisor told her to cross out a section because Chase would not accept it, this was not even for Chase, they never asked me if it was or spoke to me about until after this 15 minutes she finally, reluctantly agreed to notarize the doucment. She consulted the internet and made a phone call which confirmed it was ok. They made me feel as if I was doing something wrong, they did not treat me as a customer whatsoever, engaged in completely unprofessional, unhelpful side conversation while I was sitting waiting. To top this all off I got a call saying the Notary did not put the county and state information on the Notary so it was not acceptable, so now I have to get it notarized somewhere else correctly and holds up the process longer. This was an absolutely horrible customer experienec and I truly hope they become aware how terrible this experience was from a customer's perspective.
