With them for years just had a $3000 savings from another company. Whats the point of an agency had an accident a few years ago called a agent was told to call the insurance company whats the point of having an agent? Sadly we have moved on

Just had the worst experience with Paula at this agency. She needs a course in charm school. We, as customers, are paying you for a service. The first rule of customer service is: "the customer is always right"! If you have a problem with that, you need to find a kind, patient way of dealing with whatever issue you have at hand. Never should you yell at the paying customer and tell them they cannot speak until you are through ranting!
