Dunkin'

Every time I order from here, the order is wrong. I tried having sympathy the first few times and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this place is Ran by a bunch of airheads. The order is right in front of your eyes, open them and learn how to read. Oh forgot, these workers need it spelled out for them. Will not continue to come here. And I would recommend everyone who does, take your money elsewhere.

Every day even without a line you were gonna wait 10 to 12 minutes in the drive-through first youre gonna wait at the screen 10 minutes and then youre gonna wait another 2 to 5 minutes at the window. Im very confused as to why they have been running so much slower since they have upgraded, but Ive been making it a point to drive across town for faster service instead of sitting for 15 minutes every single day in this line. If you are in a rush, do not use this Dunkin

Wait time is extremely long for no reason even when there is no line. Drinks are constantly messed up. I often get a broken cup. That leaks. If you can avoid this Dunkin on your way to work, do so if you dont want to be late.

Service is terrible. Wait is way too long even without a lime employees seem to work with no urgency at all even at the drive-through window they laugh when they could see that youre frustrated with the wait times and its almost as if they go slower to spite you. I just dont understand a 15 to 20 minute late when there is no line inside or outside. They either need to hire a more dedicated team or teach their employees that urgency matters while working in a Dunkin drive-through. I try my best to avoid this location.
