Worth the wait! Thorough and kind, Lauren made me feel comfortable and confident. She was also super kind to do Botox in the same visit.

If you are looking for a practitioner that is attentive, warm and takes the time to really listen to their patients... go elsewhere. This makes me sad to have to leave this review as I've never done so for ANY practice I've been with. I sought assistance for one thing and the response was dismissive with an immediate referral to another provider (who was not disclosed to me as a surgeon.) Thankfully, I know the surgeon.. other patients may not and then find themselves only exploring a surgical option. There was no discussion of other providers who can further rule out whether this presentation was associated with an autoimmune issue. I had to inquire about this and again the answer seemed dismissive. Lastly, the greater concern seemed to be that Ellie noticed some rosacea and told me she'd call in a cream. No discussion of the medication nor the severe interactions that could occur with it should I had consumed or used alcohol in any capacity. Very unsafe. All told, my concerns and a full body review for skin abnormalities occurred in 5 minutes. Would not return nor recommend this particular provider.
