Gerard was punctual, professional, and knowledgable. He spent the first visit attempting to figure out what was wrong with our sewage pump, but neither of us could. He gave me a few suggestions for where to look and stated they would return, with no fee for the first visit. He returned a week later to ensure that the pump was in good operating order. Very quick and efficient! He let one of our children observe and then explained everything to us! Strongly suggested!

Mike was early and well-prepared for almost any situation. He clarified and educated me on how my system operates. He informed me that, while my pump appeared to be full and in need of pumping, it did not require pumping because that is how it should appear. He also gave me a maintenance plan to assist me avoid problems and/or extend the life of my equipment. Honesty is refreshing, and the prices are reasonable.

Sump Pump Gurus provide an honest, reliable, and friendly professional service. This is my second time to avail of their excellent quality service. Paschal was brilliant, I couriered the pump, and within three days, I had the repaired pump back in repaired and ready to fit. Customer Service at its very best.

I had a sump pump that stopped working. I spoke to a couple of pump suppliers who advised that a replacement pump was necessary, and they gonna charge extremely high. On further investigation, I spotted Sump Pump Gurus. Called them, and they confirmed the problem and the parts needed to fix the issue. I called in, and they were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. The guy explained step by step how to replace the parts. I followed their advice, and the pump is now back, working perfectly at an extremely lower cost. Can't say how great these guys were to deal with, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service. Thanks for the help. Really grateful.
