        I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Bank of America . They sent a random letter without any warning or explanation, they abruptly closed my bank account, leaving me in a state of financial uncertainty and frustration. Their lack of communication and transparency is utterly unacceptable. This irresponsible action has caused me significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise against entrusting your finances to a bank that demonstrates such disregard for its customers' well-being. Great staff. But the corporate snakes that sent me a letter stating its a business decision are pure ignorant. Hoping this corporate institution slowly fails to exist.

        Not enough teller at the branch. And I went there for close box and they told me to come back again in afternoon. And I reason for that as I moved out from this area and it is one hour drive for me. Even then ask me again to come tomorrow. Really!!!! This is ridicules. I am planing to close my bank account and credit card as you wont felt welcome.
