Great staff and customer support. I did run into issues with the app not able to find my location; which is step 1 of the self pick-up. I switched to using the website instead of the app and it found my location right away. Then I had issues on step 2 with the selfie, when I submitted the picture it would refresh the page and start all over from the beginning. The staff in the store tried to assist, but eventually helped me get checked out at the counter. True Professionals!! Thank you!

I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service in this location, specially Alitza Claudio, the general manager. I have been here back in February to return a vehicle and apply for a storage space and she was friendly, helpful and you can feel her good energy. I came back to rent a truck this week and she was there waiting with a smile. Her staff is also great and well trained. Thank you for the great service. :)
