This place will try to conjure up unnecessary fees and then persuade you to proceed on shaving down your teeth instead of applying a filling as requested. The only thing I would say is that they did accommodated with a free xray even after I showed them my most recent panoramic x ray as they said but now i have to review the charges over with my insurance company because they caused me to have trust issues.

They were not friendly at all ! Changed my appointment time day before even though I got confirmation 3 times! Emergency denture repair I was told would take 2 hrs , took 3 days! Not 1 apology but had no problem charging me 134.00 to replace 1 tooth. Not 1 person even cracked a smile ! If you need to go to aspen dental, use the hamden office .I would like very much for someone to contact me . I didn't list every issue. I have been managing a retail business for 25 yrs , if my people behaved like that, they wouldn't last very long.
