        If you want an upset Judge, choose this law firm. Ms. Soares while polite is incompetent. She woefully represented her client losing three good months to properly file a response to a Motion to Strike. In her Stamford appearance of May 10th, she failed to cite related Statutes and Case law on each and every count. She could not understand nor answer the Judge's specific questions and was rambling. Incredibly, in her pleading/motions there were 'no' examples to show employer misconduct for the time period required. She blew every opportunity. I have never seen anything like it. The Judge's ruling will not be surprising.
