        I ordered flowers online at 9:45 AM to be delivered to the same zip code as this florist. I called and requested delivery by 1PM as it was important for arrival by this time. I spoke with "Julia" and she stated they can't make any promises on when the flowers would be delivered. She stated there would be an additional delivery charge for guaranteed delivery. This is absurd and she was also rude on the phone. I asked to cancel my order. My business will be much more appreciated elsewhere that will also be more accommodating.
