Westport Hardware & Fireplace Shop

I just had my worst retail experience ever. I have lived in westport for over 25 years and have frequently shopped here and spent thousands of dollars. The one man on staff today was so rude and obnoxious and nasty that i had to write this review. He was not knowledgeable about the fireplace product i was seeking and became irate when i asked more questions.I hope this man was not part of the family. I have had good experiences in the past. I will never shop here again.

Delivered a load here was allowed to sleep there over nite for am unload snacks from mom and daugther Gabbie and even Dunkin Doughnuts coffee as I woke up mom wanted to get breakfast but didnt see me in front of truck so didnt bother its family owned and the are hands down the best will definitely deliver here again kinda tight but workable dad was awesome also thanks for the great expirence

Westport hardware is great to have in town; super knowledgeable and friendly staff, always with interesting items for sale. Most recently, I picked up a few unusual gifts which were perfect.

Went in to ask about fire place logs for Gas set up was super impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness. Also looked at komdo grills and other grilling equipment great stock definitely a permanent addition to my local shops
