Great experience, great crew, seamless installation

Charles went beyond the average service call assisting with reducing the propane in the tank that was overfilled by Gault to 90% capacity, he ran the generator for over 30 minutes to help take some pressure out, changed the gauge, shut off nd disconnected the tank with 50% fill, helped me put a cover over the tank to protect it from the sun, assured me with cool nights and not-so-hot days it should be okay. He gave me a sense of trust, knowledge and sound experience having been with Gault for over 39 years. I want Charles to follow up on this service ticket. He explained many things to me to be mindful of.

We just had an oil tank installed to replace ours (of unknown, but ancient age). Gault was a seamless way for us to get this done. The technicians were wonderful, and they accomplished this task in a professional way that was much faster than I had expected. The installed the oil tank, transferred over the oil from the old to the new tank, installed new fittings onto our furnace, cleaned up inside and out and explained to me the workings of the fittings on the new tank. They were great.
