Prior to switching to Howard to and Gay, I had the same insurance broker for 15 years and the only time I heard from them was when the renewal bill came in. My initial meeting with Livy was a breath of fresh air. We reviewed my situation and needs and modified my coverages in a way that reduced my premiums while make sure I was more protected on the things that mattered the most, while staying with the same insurer. The support at Howard and Gay has been great. Whether it's adding a new vehicle, kids moving on or help filing a claim, the team (shout of to Maggie) has been super responsive and helpful. I can not recommend H&G enough!

We have extreme confidence in Howard & Gay. They helped us thoroughly evaluate specific policies to protect our vehicles, homes and valuables. Most important their compassionate, prompt, reliable service when we do have a claim is invaluable. The office works as a team so someone is always available and has specific expertise to explain the details and then make sure nothing is overlooked.
