Our experience with The Great Outdoor Toy Co in Westport was amazing! They were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with (no hard sell)! They took their time to customize the configuration, and help us figure out what was right for our yard and child. The installation was quick and incredibly well done. We really could not be happier, they surpassed our expectations!

Unfortunately despite the claims of their website, this company does NOT stand behind their products. Their website specifically mentions that they perform "swingset water sealing" for the swingsets they sell, and I called them today to try to schedule this only to be told "that's something we don't do any more". So do NOT believe any claim on this company's website and do NOT expect any kind of follow-up product support from them.

If i could give this a zero i would. This happened years ago and i finally have the nerve to write about it. I was in a sales position at the time and asked the owner if he wanted to advertise in our online directory. BTW I live in the town! He was utterly rude and condescending to me. He told me to try again another time and when i asked when i should get back to him, he said something like "how about April of the year 3000". Well Karma comes back to bite you Mr. Owner! RUDE MAN.

I interacted with at least five different team members during our purchase and all were value added conversations for me. Dont miss their showroom - seeing and feeling their play sets is invaluable. Family owned business who installed our trampoline 6 years ago. Great experience and they are now moving it for us again. Excellent service and have never had any issues with trampoline.
