Kathy & Carl are consummate real estate professionals and lead us through the marketing, pricing and sales strategy to list our home in the most effective way to sell it quickly. They are open to listening but to be honest, their ideas were better than mine! Our home was listed on a Friday and had multiple offers by Monday. We accepted and offer on Tuesday. That was 4-days to sell a home in a market challenged by interests rates hikes. I cannot recommend Kathy enough. She did right by us, kept her word, oversaw the complete process, and ultimately sold our home, above ask. Call Kathy & Carl to sell your home, you won't be disappointed!
