Where do I begin. Nextdoor the dog doesnt stop barking and has been going sense 9:30am and its 7:10pm, mind you has happened over and over again different days. Super out dated. Door is so busted they just fix it till it has an issue again so is it really fixed?! Only one stove top works. Top it off they wont renew my lease. Hmm maybe keep the deposit for my last month as I wont pay, for it has caused me to find a new place putting so much down just to get the new place considering the rates. Please take more time and find something else. Let this be a warning and last resort. A 1bed room even with inflation/market spikes is only worth $750 a month. Thats how bad it is. I just been putting up with it. But this damn dog has caused the review I needed to give. Added update to the review: No dog should be barking straight on from when the owner leaves to when they come back thats crazy. Dont give me thats what living in a multi family home is and is to be expected No, only trained dog should only be allowed. AND I LOVE DOGS AS I HAD ONE AWHILE BACK.. And the poor responses from management is worthless as nothing is done from all the poor reviews clearly from the response to my review here. 0 stars if Google allowed it. WARNING DO YOUR BEST TO LOOK ELSE WHERE, and if you do go here be ready because they most likely wont renew your lease.

While it passes bare minimum needs, I've had a pretty bad experience at this apartment. Since moving here I barely wake up to my own alarm due to my upstairs neighbors waking me up instead, usually with hard shoes. I can't go to bed earlier either because they are even louder around 10pm. Their dog is the worst which darts across the house, howls, and drops hard toys against the floor. I hate them but I don't blame them entirely because of the following: My studio apartment, the bottom floor, is completely carpeted, while my upstairs neighbors have a thin wood floor. The floors are so thin with or without carpet that I can literally understand every word they say when they talk. Whenever I get the chance to leave my apartment and sleep somewhere else I take that opportunity because it really is insufferable. I've talked to my upstairs neighbors, talked to colonial, and even sleep with earplugs now, none of those have came to any solution UConn students, find somewhere else. The ancient UConn dorms are somehow quieter, even with drunk partying students, since their walls and floors aren't made of paper but instead brick Edit: Last thing I forgot, it was obvious they didn't clean at all before I moved in. Carpet full of hairpins and dirt and dust, kitchen full of oil stains on the cookers and walls, sink was leaking for so long that the wood under it rotted (covered up by a plastic mat of course), I mean my microwave STILL has sticky oil stains from whatever creature lived here before me and I cannot get it off. The microwave filter was stuck in its slot from the oil and all brown and I had to buy a new one, Edit 2: It's winter and every time I turn on my shower its a 50/50 chance at whether or not the water will be freezing. Apparently the heaters at "max workload" can't provide hot water to the whole building, I now have to take showers way earlier so the hot water isn't all used up

I deliver here ALOT and this place is so confusing driving into especially on the odds side! The building and apartment numbers should be shown bigger and clearer. It's like a crazy, disorganized maze getting around in here
