        After many calls to other Septic Companies before Memorial Day weekend I received a call back from Arlette within an hour! They hadn't planned on sending the truck out but within 15 minutes she said they will be here before noon! Kevin was amazing! Thank you for taking care of us! Service: Sewer repair

        Excellent service with quick help in an emergency situation. Nice and friendly staff. Knowledge service tech was great at helping me understand the situation and option. All around a pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. Highly recommend and will be a customer of their going forward!

      Dear customer: According to our procedure to collect payments, at least 3 communication attempts are made (If the call is unanswered, we usually leave a voice mail). When there is no response, and after a while, your information is sent to collections. Your card may have been declined for some unknown reason. If you are willing to settle your debt with us, please get in touch with us directly at 860-935-2798 to resolve your situation best and remove it from our list.Have a great day.
