Horrible company. Overcharged to repair our Blodgett oven doors. Charged for the inept tech to stay on the phone with the company. We were charged an outrageous amount for the tech to travel to us when he is only two towns over. Would avoid this company!

Call to schedule an appointment for a dishwasher service. Never call back to assign us an appointment its been 3 weeks. Go elsewhere these people dont value customers or peoples time.

We use A-Tech to fix our walk in freezer and walk in cooler. We pay for the part and service. Funny thing is that, it works for a week and then it doesnt. We called them and a different technician came out and say that it is unfixable and charge us service fee for driving out to us and checking out the issues. Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair, Freezer repair, Refrigerator repair, Washer/dryer repair

Worst customer service and repair I have ever had. I wish there was an option for negative stars. The technician took hours doing research and calling other technicians to figure how to fix an oven. We ended up paying $700 in labor yet nothing was fixed and we still have the same issue. Lady oven the phone was rude and non compliant. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Service: Oven repair
