We had a repair on our existing Bath Fitter enclosure. Chris W. was our technician. Chris was professional and polite. He explained step by step what he was doing. He was very meticulous and the quality of his work is evident. He also laid out blue walking mats to the bathroom to limit dirt and debris. We could not be happier with his work! Highly recommend. I would give a ZERO if I could, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BATHFITTERS TO ANYONE! This is a condensed version of the story as it went on and on..... I had a bathfitter put in for the convenience of 1 day installation because of having only one bathroom in the house. It was $6,800 for an installation of walls and tub liner and new faucet, drain. It started at 8am and finished at 1pm. There was an issue with the tub floor, installer came back to replace the tub and damaged the wall. They sent out the so called expert installer to replace the walls and when he looked at the tub he said the second tub liner was not installed correct either. So Jesus called Manager Rob and made a plan to remove the tub and walls with new. In the meantime we called the District Manager Steve who said we had been put through enough and they would refund the entire $6,800 and they have. Well they said it would take a week for the new tub to be made and the walls had already been made. So we waited and waited and still wait as it's been 8 weeks now and nobody has contacted us for the replacement installation. WE DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY BACK IN OUR HOUSE AGAIN! The tub/shower will stay as it is and I will NEVER have a good word to say about this company to anyone!

I had shopped around for a while and met with six different companies before I weighed the pros and cons and read many many reviews until I had decided to go with bathfitter to work on my renovation project. The salesman that came to my house was great. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate like most salesman but he was a genuinely nice man. After we spent an hour going through everything and finally gave me my price, I had decided to go with them. It took a while to get everything in most likely due to the holidays. My install started yesterday and believe me Pandoras box was opened after they took out the existing tub and I had to make necessary repairs to the concrete floor and they promised they would be be at my house the following morning. I can honestly say that the office staff was very attentive in reaching out every step of the way, and treated me like a valued customer. One thing I really appreciate is communication and transparency due to some issues that they were on top of and I sincerely appreciated the openness and honesty. The Technician that was here (Chris R) was extraordinary. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and was awesone with answering any questions and explaining everything as the project progressed. He asked my opinion about where to place the grab bars so that they were installed at the perfect height and placement for me. I highly suggest if you go with bathfitter in CT to request him. Not only was he spot on and meticulous throughout the entire installation, he was actually genuinely concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom and the path from the front door to the bathroom he placed mats down and kept everything clean as he worked, another excellent work ethic. Again Chris R is definitely a major asset to this company and I really hope he is commended and rewarded for his skill and work ethic. I really appreciated him and his work. I would highly recommend bathfitter, even know they are on the pricey side, the only thing that would have made this entire project better if it would have been more affordable to me.
