The ONLY reason why I put one star is because you have to in order to write a review. Place appeared not so clean/sanitary Associate that started doing my exrays asked me if I had braces while the bitewings were in my mouth She asked me again (as if she needed the answer right away) When she pulled the bitewings out I said yes and explained I could not answer while they were in my mouth because they move and are uncomfortable (which everyone there already knows) but I am explaining anyway She says I could have said mmm hmm (and she did not say it pleasantly, there was a tone and an energy that was passive aggressive I said to her I answered her my way and said yes and that I will answer the way I want She goes back and forth about this. She did not like being called passive aggressive, and I told her that is how it is coming across. Bottom line is this: She never apologized and said you know what let's start over. She was smug. What I could not understand is why it MATTERED how I ANSWERED a question that was not relevant DURING THE EXRAY procedure and could have waited 3 more minutes. I am not paying the claim and if it is submitted, I will fight it and send THIS email to United Healthcare. I will also give a bad review on Google. REASON FOR LEAVING THE EXRAY: Was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. The energy was hostile.

I made appointment for checkup & cleaning. After filling up zillion of forms for commitment of payment I was taken in for x-Rays. After the X-rays I was asked to come to the front desk to get an estimate for my treatment plan. When I asked for cleaning I was asked to make another appointment which was never told to me at the time of making my first appointment . I didnt have much problem except cleaning. To me it looks they cheat the seniors & never do what they want. They just try how they can get money out of your pocket. I will never recommend this dentist. In response to your reply. When you gave me a feedback for my X-Rays you told me that everything looks good . You need to get guard & also one crown is broken ,little filling is needed. My priority on this appointment was cleaning which was never done. & they were more worried about the other things & were not interested in doing that job. When I asked to speak to you . I was told that you are busy. We dont do cleaning without the treatment plan..I am still very upset what kind of policy is this.
