We are a small church in Manchester, CT with one elevator. We recently went out to bid our expiring contract with a national firm we were unhappy with. New England Elevator was the only firm that actually sent out a rep to look at our equipment before quoting us. The quotes were all the same, but New England Elevator provided more services the others did not. In the six months or so we have been their customer, they have exceeded our expectations every time including sending a tech out to retrieve an inhaler one of the school kids dropped down the shaft - at no additional char h. We are grateful to have found them and appreciate the extra miles they have gone to provide exceptional service and give them an enthusiastic 5 Star rating! Thank you New England Elevator !
