The follow through and communication with this Funeral home was poor. The staff could benefit from some sort of sensitivity training when dealing with difficult family dynamics and better communication amongst everyone. It would benefit families going forward. I had multiple issues and it seems that one side of the family was favored over the other on the whole process which can add to the trauma of already dealing with such a difficult time as is. The staff should deal with families as of it were their own and better communication and follow through is imperative in this businesses.
