        Great hotel. Clean, spacious and quiet. Great location for the area if you are vacationing and business. Staff was very friendly and courteous. It's what all hotels should be.....

        Room is nice except refrig was dirty, shower back fixtures are old & rusty (although shower head looks new-ish); hair in shower. M-lounge was huge disappointment..no snacks?? No drinks. You have to ask for a soda and they fix it for you in the back in a cup. A light evening meal when I arrived in the M-lounge, which was on. The utensils were in a bin and the bottom of the bin was just dirty. I had to ask for plastic utensils. I told the attendant and she said the lady who serviced the place should not have put the mouth of the utensils down that way and that she was new. She thanked me for letting her know and brought me plastic utensils. The water is a spout with sparkling, chilled or flavored but you use the glass bottles supplied to get it. Just cheap and no paying attention to details.

AFTER A LONG STRESSFUL WORK DAY OF DEALING WITH THE USALLY B/S OF A SALESMEN, TRUCK DRIVER, EMPLOYEE, OWNER/OPERATOR, PROFESSIONAL FREELANCER, AND EVERYDAY WORKER I LITERALLY STUMBLED INTO THIS AMAZING MARRIOTT (FRANCHISE) LOCATION. WHERE I WAS GREETED WITH AN AMAZING SOUTHERN SMILE FROM A BEAUTIFUL STAFF MEMBER BY THE NAME OF MISS. GREEN. I WAS LIKE A MOTH TO A LIGHT, I GRAVITATED TOWARDS HER. (A FELLOW ROMAN CATHOLIC). SHE WAS SO CORDIAL & PROFESSIONAL, SHE WAS AWEAR OF MY BAD DAY, AS SHE KEPT GOING ON W/ CHECKING ME IN, WE HAD A QUICK A POSITIVE CHAT.... MISS ANNETTA GREEN, IS NOT ONLY A TOP NOTCH MARRIOTT EMPLOYEE, SHE IS A GREAT MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER, WHO REPRESENTS EVERYTHING MARRIOTT WANTS ITS ORGANIZATION BEHIND. THANKS, BRETT HORCHER
