I had used the former Jarrett Agency in Enfield for many years. A woman named Dawn who worked there was excellent on the rare occasion I needed to call them. Someone recently hit me in a parking lot and I called to file a claim against the other driver. I called the former Jarret Insurance Agent and zero help so I switched to Newberry. Hope took immediate action, and so I switched Agencies. The lesson is an Agent is valuable only if they take action and be proactive, most especially during a claim like Newberry Insurance did.
