I wish I could give Mr. Zizzamia more stars. Fantastic service, advice and work product. I have multiple offers and he helped me navigate what the best one for my situation was (it wasn't the highest offer). When hiccups came up he let me know promptly and usually with a solution that he was already working on. Got me to close and went above and beyond every single step of the way. I have bought and sold maybe 100 homes and Michael is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Michael was an outstanding agent to work with! He was very knowledgeable and always answered whatever questions we had. He worked very quickly to get us showings for houses we were interested in and quickly got us paperwork we needed and/or contracts to be signed. We would love to work with him again if in need of a real estate agency. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't choose anyone else! Mike has been my agent 3 times now, and I can't recommend him enough. Knowledgeable, professional, supportive, always there to answer any question and give great advice. The best person to have guiding the way, during the most hectic, stressful time. And the people he works with - photographer, staging expert, and even home cleaning and lawn mowing folks - are awesome, too, so the whole experience each time has been easier than I was expecting, which is saying something when buying/selling a house! Do not hesitate, this is the guy you want working with you! :)
