        I'm hopeful. They were polite and helpful. I have had them schedule 2 other appts. Though the other office I was referred to doesn't have my appt sadly, So right now hopeful but unsure

        Its so horrible trying to get in and schedule to the point where the front office staff will tell you to go to immediate care instead. I already went to immediate care, and my symptoms worsened, so I have been trying to get in to see my PCP for over two days now. I called and spoke to Ellie yesterday. I get we have nothing, but you can call back Friday morning to get an appointment, and if you cant, there isnt anything we can do. Today, I got a call from Pamela stating there is an opening for a Telehealth appointment at 4:15 pm tomorrow. I call back and get Ellie again, only to be told my doctor doesnt see people in person for those types of symptoms, which is horrendous and a blatant lie. I really dont understand why you are supposed to have a PCP for your primary care if you can never get in. I was told by my doctor's nursing assistant just yesterday I had not been seen in his office since June. Well, I can't imagine why trying to get any type of appointment is like pulling teeth. This is highly inefficient and ineffective for patient scheduling. Something has got to give.
