True Blue Mechanical is beyond FANTASTIC! Justin and his team did work for us just now at our house in Newark. They replaced our 23 year old central air conditioner and heater with a low energy, super efficient system that is quiet and inexpensive to operate and with an easy to use, high tech thermostat that offers all kinds of advanced settings for comfort and savings. This system is beautifully efficient, great for us and great for the environment. And most of all, Justin and his True Blue Mechanical Team were excellent to work with; timely, honest, fantastic interpersonal skills, clean and tidy, great guys...and offered a great system that gave us Maximum system with Best Price Value! This is the 3rd time I have had the opportunity to work with Justin and True Blue as they did our house and some of our commercial office buildings in Newark. I recently hired True Blue to replace a hot water heater and also to look at some other work on our home heating system in the future. I worked with Justin who did the initial estimate. I was impressed with many aspects of the business. Scheduling the appointments was very easy, someone always picked up the phone immediately and we were able to schedule an appointment on relatively short notice, and people were on-time to every appointment. The heat pump water heater they suggested, when I researched it independently, turned out to be the most efficient of any on the market for the size and functions we wanted. The price quote was competitive and they offered a slight discount for paying by check rather than credit card. The installation went really smoothly, the crew who showed up to do it did a fantastic job. I also have had time to see one electric bill and the new heater is saving a huge amount of energy (and money), so it is going to pay for itself relatively quickly. I also had some after-the-fact questions and Justin called me back and listened to all my concerns and answered them as best he could and then I was able to call the brand of the water heater to ask them a few more questions. I could tell that he was committed to 100% excellent service and I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend this company as my experience with them was great the whole way.
