Nick Sellers replaced my roof in May 2019. He had the best price and the quality of work was the awesome. He looked the job over and made some welcomed suggestions. I had a problem with a leaking chimney in the past and he spent extra time around that area. He also sealed the chimney at no extra charge! I would highly recommend him!

Sellers did a roof replacement for me April 2019, quality workmanship, pricing was very competitive and affordable. Nick "the owner" was very professional and polite and kept me abreast on of the progress of the project and problems he encountered. We recently (2020) contracted with Nick of Sellers and Sons Construction for a turn-key build of our new home in Millsboro. It all started with a photo we selected in a house plan magazine. From that point Nick set me up with an architect and lead me step-by-step through the decision-making process, paying attention to every detail. In a few weeks we had hammered out the plans and details of the build. This part of the process could not have been easier. Prior to selecting Seller and Sons, we had interviewed a few other builders. Our focus was finding a trustworthy builder that we had confidence could provide a well built and energy efficient custom home at a fair price. From the very beginning of the build to when the last appliance was installed, it was clear that we had made the right choice. Nicks’ hands-on approach, attention to detail, and overall craftmanship were phenomenal! Nick communicated with us very often and kept us well updated on the progress of the build along the way. We were welcome to visit and witness the ongoing construction at any time. During each visit we found the jobsite to be maintained in a secure, clean, and orderly condition. Now after being in our new home for two weeks we are still amazed how nice and well-built the house is. Everything is perfect, straight, and the overall result is nothing less than outstanding! If you are looking for quality construction, a trustworthy builder, and high craftsmanship standards that are hard to find today in other builder’s work, I can highly recommend that Nick Sellers of Sellers and Sons Construction will meet your needs.
