Window World of Delmarva

We had Window World install a new roof. John Postles was responsive and so knowledgeable. What a great job. Done in a day and a half. Couldn't be happier.

I signed my contract on 6/10/21. I was told it took about 10 weeks from date of measurements. My measurements were done on 7/6/21.I was told again that it would probably be 10 weeks for installation. On 9/21/21 I called Window World for an update. To my surprise I was told my windows would not be ready until probably sometime in December. I was told to call back after the first of the year! And of course, Covid was used as the excuse.But Covid was happening when I signed my contract & when measurements were done. Really disappointed in customer service.

Its been 3 years, still awaiting finishing of our door. Very poor installation, busted our door frame, took remaining material for other uses. We paid in full, filed complaint with BBB in delaware. They lie, and misrepresent there work. They say they stand on there windows, how about when they neglect there work. Its been over 3 years... They keep saying "we'll fix it" but never show up. I want our money back......decided to report this to BBB of Delaware as of 9/1/21. They told BBB that new door would be in by July 2nd. Still more lies., no door, no calls, no reimbursement.
