        Very small store but I liked it. Went in, find my medicine and was out. The pharmacist was very nice as well.

        Ive been on hold for over 10 min with the pharmacy and then the call drops like how is customer service terrible service like Im still on hold again

        Understaffed. Staff present undertrained. Same BS response at 8 30 pm that was offered at 6 pm. "We're currently working on your order. It should be another 30 to 45 minutes." Totally wrong. Same poor experience suffered by all in line.

        Customer service is absolutely horrendous. A visit on phone or in person gets you the same treatment. Their "system" doesn't remember an order i put in two days ago, and now it's almost impossible to talk to anyone about it. It always feels like they're just screwing you. And they are.
