Great experience! Came down for the Golden Retriever Jubilee and my brake fluid light came on. I pulled in to buy brake fluid. Chuck said let me put it on the lift to make sure you do not have a leak. Guess what? I had a leak. The team was honest, gracious and accommodating. Customer service at its Finest!

In Lewes, DE, and needed a rear window wiper for my Toyota Rav4. No one seemed to have it. I stopped in NAPA Auto Parts and picked one up, and it fit perfectly. Quick, friendly service.

Napa employee got nasty and snapped at me while i had my 4 year old with me. I walked in and needed help finding something, looked around, an employee was Stocking Shelves so I said nicley "excuse me.." before I could even finish my sentence, an older gentlemen with grey hair, got really nasty with me. All because I was trying to say "excuse me I need help finding something please". I can not believe someone would work in customer service who gets angry over someone politely asking for help. I was taught when someone is in the middle of something you say excuse me. I was going to walk out and leave, however my husband could not drive his truck w/o my purchase, I didn't have time to go elsewhere. Napa please do better with you employees customer service skills, him being so nasty could really do somebody harm. This was at 2:57 pm on Tuesday jan 30th. I like to add I did walk in quickly and look quickly, it was an emergency situation I was in, however I spoke nicely to him an used proper etiquette .
