Chase Bank

MUST READ: Are you opening a new account? ***Make an appointment online. It's the new requirement*** We opened all of our business accounts with this Company. We moved from our bank we had for the past 11-12 years. It did take a while but the bank was willing to work with us. Eveann Jerry is definitely willing to work with customers having their business accounts opened. We made an appointment the day prior. She called and reminded my husband exactly what he needed and to make sure we were attending the appointment. I thought I had all of the correct documents but they waited for us to submit one last document, so we could open our accounts that day. They worked with us and stayed open 40 MINUTES after they closed. We've never banked with Chase but after our experience yesterday and seeing our accounts online today. I realized this is the BEST bank out there. Both helpful, and technology wise. I'm a tough cookie and they handled everything professionally. Thankful we had a chance to get to know the Assistance Vice President, Eveann Jerry.

I'd like to give a -1000 . I have NEVER in my life had a Bank provide such Horrible customer service IN MY LIFE. Not this branch in particular but the on line banking. First they offered $ to open a new account. I try to transfer the money from another bank and they block the transfer due suspicion of Fraud. Then I made smaller transfers until the final transfer I deposited a check to meet the deposit amount required for the incentive cash. That money did not show in my account for days until I call and complained suddenly it was there the next day. Oh but I did try to call the branch and the branch said they are not allowed to help me I have to call the customer service number which is someone out of the country. Now I'm trying to transfer money from Chase to another bank July 7 the transfer shows completed, Other bank didn't get. I call chase, it went through I call receiving bank , NO. Call chase again on the phone for an 1.5 hours transferred 6 times, no they didn't explain my problem so I had to explain 6 times. Every person I spoke to said something different and still no resolution. Now they tell me I have to go in to the branch.... Never will I ever do business with Chase bank once this is resolved... if it ever is. I think they are playing games with peoples money...

Visited in person to send a wire payment and we were immediately greeted by someone who said a specialist would be right with us. Anthony came over to help us and was fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent customer service!

I just called to go over my credit card they asked for my number and then they transfer me to someone else and then they started asking me all over again for information and it sounded like a bunch of kids over there working the branch. I just had to call and cancel my card because Im not sure they shouldve asked me for my phone number and this was at the branch in Middletown
