        This is the only time I have ever left a place of business and felt completely ripped off. I got an oil change, a new head light, and they checked the light that came on in my truck and it was almost 500.00. I dont know why anyone would ever go here. I wanted to help a new and local small business by trying them out.

        I just wanted to share my latest experience at Patriot. I have trusted them in the past to work on my car, since they have never let me down. Always up front about what needed to be fixed, what it would cost, and gave me options when available. This time was no different. Not only was Patriot Auto able to get it finished in less time than expected, but they did it at an extremely reasonable price. In an age where service can be questionable and prices are high. Patriot Auto is a true example of a customer focused business. I am proud to endorse them. This is no fake review. Im a real customer and I stand by my statement and I stand by this shop. Top Notch!

      Hi Mr Krieg! We appreciate your suooort and patronage. We have been in business since 2011 and saw your Silverado on 4/2 You had a full synthetic oil change in your truck and a diag for trac control / ABS light. We did the oil change, diag and headlamp bulb. Your brake pads are at 3mm and rotors severely worn and hub bearings needing replaced. You paid for the oil change, headlamp, and diag at 458.78. You stated you had the bearings done at another shop already and was going to take it back to them. Our customers pay for our expertise and unfortunately employees need to be paid for the time they put into the vehicles and if you had the recommended work per your requested diag we drop the diag fee. We offer a 24 month 24k Nationwide Warranty. You are covered no matter where you go in the US. We stand by our service and products. We appreciate your review. Thank you
