The banking hours at this location is ridiculous. I cant get there before work and theyre usually closed before I get out of work. Have some real hours please

Its one the worst branch I have ever been. Very unexperienced. They know nothing. I waited for an hour to unblock my online banking, and they gave me a number, for customer service. I thought that was the process, but then I went to the another branch, It took 5 minutes to unblock my online banking. Its not only me, they did the same with a guy who was there before me, he was there for some DMV stuff, they tried to do some things, but they ignored that guy completely and he left being furious. Never ever visit this branch, if you have some problem beside, deposit and withdraw, they know nothing I mean nothing.
