This practice loves x-rays. They require you get x-rays once a year. They dont take into account for you having oral surgeon having x-rays less than 3 months ago. They should take in account maybe the patient doestt want that radiation so soon. It is there way or the highway. They lost me as a patient

Poor job done on simplest dental procedure like tooth filling. Worst dental work and patient experience, I have ever had. I still cant believe, I resorted to change my dental plan just to be able to switch Dentist. I guess its true you get what you pay! Tooth became sensitive to hot or cold drinks after the filling work done at Rutledge. I raised concern, waited few weeks and requested to be seen and tried explaining in person. Not only was I downplayed, my concern was dismissed conveniently. Instead was asked to wait few months, and come back again to redo the filling if it persisted. My tooth/nerve is still sensitive. However, I chose not go back to Rutledge, even if they agreed to not charge. It did not just feel right to go back to Rutledge after losing trust and insulting experience. Here, I am now looking for a good dental office to fix mess that Rutledge created !!! I dont want to discourage anyone else from trying Rutledge, since experience depends on an individual but mine was definitely worst ! However, I definitely wont recommend the place to anyone!

Awesome experience! Beautiful office and very friendly staff. My hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable. I've had the chance to meet both dentists and was very impressed by both.

I came in to Rutledge dental for my cleaning appointment and had Coleen as a hygienist. She was amazing! She was trusting, sweet, professional all at once. It was a comfortable experience.
