Rude owner/trainer. Signed up for the 6 week basic dog training and was extremely disappointed. The owner/trainer asked each dog owner to do a 1hr walk plus 2 15min training sessions daily, but was very upset when these people with full time jobs, college, and other responsibilities couldnt do that every single day of the week. My dog (a beagle) was having trouble and the trainer was very rude to me talking to me like a dog or a child because I couldnt get my dog to sit. I called the owner later to say that I thought it was rude the way he spoke to me and he kept blaming me for him speaking to me like that. He talked down to me and couldnt understand what he did wrong or why I was upset. The staff also made excuses that my dog was having trouble because shes a beagle, and according to them all beagles are loud and stubborn. It seems they arent equipped to handle all breeds. Apparently you shouldnt pet or cuddle your dog when you wake up in the morning, you shouldnt pet a dogs head, you shouldnt wear sunglasses or hats around your dog because it could scare them, and you should make sure to follow a militaristic routine every day to have a happy dog. All kinds of nonsense that normal people with jobs arent going to do for their pet dogs that they have to love and cuddle with. I will never go back and never recommend this place to anyone on account of its rude owner and ridiculous teachings. Save your money.
