Waited forever as they kept taking back people that came in AFTER me. I'll just let my gallstones explode at home, whatever. You don't care, I don't care. And don't you dare tell ME to go tell this to someone else. YOU DO IT. Your waiting times are way too long and unfair. Simple as that, pass it on.

IMy father is on blood thinners and has had a severe nose bleed since 1:00 PM . I brought him here at 6:30 after convincing him to go and it's currently 11:30 and we are still waiting to be seen and his nose is still bleeding. They initially took him in and put a clip on his nose and we haven't been spoken to since. The staff is friendly and professional so far but I would not recommend coming here if you need EMERGENCY care.

You read that right! My 9 yr old has been vomiting for over a week now. They tested for two things and made him wait in the waiting area for 2 hours. After they got a room, the registration lady, Brenda, informed my husband, who is black, and son is mixed, that he needed to pay the $250 co-pay at registration, to continue care! WHAT?! We have no outstanding bill, and we always pay our co-pays when we get the bill. I asked if we could just receive a bill as always, and she said, no for years now they have always charged patients prior to being seen! I was just in there Oct, 2023 for an ER visit and got a CT while there. NO FEE WAS DEMANDED! The difference, I am white, and my husband is black. It is 2024, not 1954. Brenda finally agreed, after I told my husband to leave and discontinue care, that we could just be billed as a one-time courtesy. WHAT??? I called patient services who might contact me sometime today. I cannot believe this is how we treat patients! That is disgusting!!! PRE-PAY for EMERGENCY SERVICES!!
